Grand Opening of New Livonia Branch Location
On May 15th, we celebrated the grand opening of our new Livonia branch, located just off I-96 on Glendale St.
“This was a tremendous event, well planned and very well executed," said Behler-Young President and CEO Doug Young. The branch's training room was set up for the 26 vendors participating in the event and an outdoor tent was set up for the food buffet line and eating area.
The day before the event, 14 two-man teams ‘blitzed’ the surrounding area of customers, giving them a personal invitation to the Open House. This preparation proved to be effective in that we had a great turnout of customers to see the branch, interact with vendors and meet with B-Y personnel.
The building is 30,000 sq. feet, with a large parking lot, a 3,500 sq. foot showroom, and a 2,000 sq. foot training room able to seat 67 people. Local customers are very excited about the new, user-friendly facility. If you're in the area, stop in and say hello!
